Kushals Got a Makeover… and Bengaluru Creators Showed Up to Celebrate

On 2nd November, Kushals revealed its refreshed identity through an exclusive creator event hosted by creator Noopur Artul, welcoming 33 Bengaluru influencers for a first-hand store walkthrough at Sarjapur. The objective was to spark awareness and excitement, and every creator amplified the moment by sharing live event stories – driving strong organic visibility for the new store experience.

To make the visit memorable, the event featured curated touchpoints including a live caricature artist, an interactive photo booth, a signing and feedback corner, an aesthetic food spread, welcome flowers, and thoughtfully packed gifts. Together, these elements created an engaging, Instagram-friendly experience that brought the refreshed Kushals identity to life.

The launch turned into a warm, high-energy celebration that positioned the refreshed Kushals identity as exciting, elevated, and absolutely worth stepping into. The result?

100+ stories, 2 carousels, and 3 reels – all completely organic.

Influencers Across India Said It: Kushals is Fashion Ki Favourite Jewellery

To strengthen the positioning of Kushals as Fashion Ki Favourite Jewellery, the team collaborated with top influencers across key markets – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, and Pune – ensuring the messaging stayed consistent while allowing each creator to express it in their unique style.

Sakshi Sindwani, Cat-A creator, set the tone for the campaign by showcasing Kushal’s as the ultimate destination for brides and trendsetters, bringing to life the team’s vision through her signature, high-impact storytelling.

Harshita Roopchandani from Pune, integrated her popular “Cheat Sheet” style to educate audiences on fashion jewellery trends – making the category feel fresh, easy, and trend-driven.

Cipia Artul from Bangalore brought an energetic, mood-based narrative, demonstrating how Kushals’ caters to every style, every moment, and every version of you.

Aayushi Sharma, from Indore, highlighted the joy of refreshing one’s jewellery collection – showing how Kushals’ makes it effortless to switch looks without repeating styles.

Divya Boppana from Hyderabad showcased jewellery as the true main character- transforming outfits, elevating moods, and proving how versatile Kushals’ collections can be.

From Chennai, creators Swetha Renukumar and Mehendi Jashnani added their own flair by spotlighting the wide range of style options offered by Kushals, reinforcing how the brand keeps audiences on top of their fashion game.

Together, the creators echoed one truth: if jewellery had a favourite brand… it would pick Kushals.

PRISM – Building Future Assistant Store Managers

PRISM marked a significant milestone in our retail leadership pipeline.

41 participants successfully completed the 2-day PRISM workshop in November. This program serves as a key progression milestone from Senior Style Associate to Assistant Store Manager, equipping participants with the mindset and skills needed for the next level.

 

EDGE 1 – Enabling Career Progression (SA → SSA)

EDGE 1 showcased the power of internal growth and readiness.

43 participants attended the EDGE 1 workshop in Bangalore. 33 participants cleared the final interviews, stepping confidently into the Senior Style Associate role. Strong participation and outcomes reinforce our commitment to developing talent from within.

 

RISE – Preparing the Next Line of Leaders

RISE focused on nurturing high-potential talent for future leadership roles.

13 high-potential participants completed the 2-day RISE workshop in Bangalore. Participants cleared eligibility assessments and engaged in focused development sessions. The program strengthened leadership capabilities, confidence, and future-readiness.

 

REACH – Strengthening Leadership Excellence

REACH brought together our senior retail leadership for an immersive learning experience. All Regional & Cluster Managers completed the 2-day REACH workshop. The program included pre-assessments, leadership discussions, roleplays, and group activities. Participants have now embarked on a 21-Day Leadership Challenge, applying learning in real-time.

International Men’s Day at Kushals was a day filled with energy, engagement, and meaningful conversations, bringing together teams across Head Office, Retail, and Warehouse to celebrate wellbeing and togetherness.

Men’s Day Quiz-A-Thon

The day kicked off with an exciting Quiz-A-Thon, featuring three fast-paced rounds spread across the day. Participation was enthusiastic, with teams bringing in speed, knowledge, and healthy competition—making it a fun way to connect across locations.

Participants walked away with prizes and big smiles, making the day truly memorable.

Power Break Session – Emotional & Mental Wellbeing for Men

A dedicated Power Break session led by an external expert created space for reflection and open dialogue on emotional and mental wellbeing. The session resonated strongly, reinforcing the importance of self-care, balance, and seeking support when needed.

Moments like these strengthen our culture of connection, care, and collaboration.
