Influencer Marketing Campaign Highlights

Mumbai was buzzing - with stories, reels and INFLUENCER event for PMC, Kurla Launch

From stories and reels to an exciting influencer event, our city launch unfolded in three phases:

Pre-Buzz:
52 custom PR boxes went out to celebrities and influencers, creating instant chatter. Stars like Divyanka Tripathi, Shivangi Joshi, Hansika Motwani, Ankita Lokhande, Rashami Desai, Krystle D’souza and more congratulated us, while Sreejita Dey styled our earrings for Chaturthi, even getting TellyChakkar coverage.

🎉 Launch Day:
The event was all about thoughtful details – lily bouquets, jewellery puns in plea cards and small chits, photo booth fun, a note writing board, custom gift hampers and an Indo-fusion food spread. Macro influencer Radhika Bharadwaj kickstarted the launch, with Rishita Soni leading the event alongside 25 creators and special guest Lavvina Tandon – together driving 60+ stories for the event.

 

📣 Post-Launch:
10 influencers and 5 city pages continue to amplify launch offers, keeping the buzz alive across Mumbai.

Friendship’s Day

For Friendship’s Day, the team experimented with a school nostalgia content idea, and as the promo product was a friendship bracelet, we captured the emotion of the simple, raw emotions that come with the exchange of friendship bracelets.


We worked with two nano influencers, Aishwarya and Pooja, whose unique styles helped seamlessly weave the product into the narrative. Aishwarya created a fun “Science vs Commerce Friendships” video, while Pooja shot the video near a school with her bestfriend –  showing how they still exchange friendship bracelets.

Varmahalakshmi

For Varamahalakshmi, we crafted a narrative celebrating feminine grace and inner strength. The campaign blended emotion and elegance, showcasing the festival’s spirit through styled jewellery, visuals of the deity, décor, and rituals. The intent was to spotlight the purity, serenity, and innocence that define this sacred occasion, with Sreenidhi and Laxmi showcasing these sentiments through their graceful styling and heartfelt expressions.

On a store level, videos were created by 7 influencers from the mentioned cities – Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mangalore, Vizag, Hubli, Vijaywada and Guntur – each adding a regional touch and authenticity to the celebration.

Rakshabandhan

For Raksha Bandhan, our creators brought the festival alive with style inspiration, heartfelt stories, and fun banter:

Vridhi Jhanwar – Showcased 5 chic earring looks for Rakhi.
Ria Malhotra – Shared a warm sister-sister GRWM & celebration.
Rishita Soni – Styled 3 Rakhi-ready looks
Payal Mehta – Captured an emotional sister-in-law moment.
Priya Chaudhary – Presented 3 types of sisters during Rakhi
Raveena – Created a playful brother–sister banter.
Wassup Bhopal – Highlighted celebrating Rakhi away from home

Together, these creators added a perfect mix of emotion, style, and celebration, ensuring Rakhi content felt both relatable and aspirational across platforms.

Ganesh Chaturthi

For this emotion-filled festival, we created two heartfelt home-shot videos. Shrusti’s video beautifully captured the wave of emotions that Bappa’s arrival brings – joy, devotion, and nostalgia – while Geeta’s video focused on styling festive looks, offering inspiration on how to dress up and celebrate in style.

 

To further support the campaign at the store level, we produced videos from Mumbai, Pune, and Kolhapur in Marathi. This regional approach ensured the content felt relatable and authentic, helping the campaign connect more deeply with the local audience.

 

 

Onam

For Onam, we adopted a store-focused approach, experimenting with fun and celebratory content with creators from Kochi and Trivandrum, along with two home-shot videos that captured the festival’s emotions. Aswathi’s home-shot video stood out, beautifully conveying how, despite changing times, the heartfelt emotions of the festival remain unchanged. 

 

Kalyani stole the show with her playful hook, trying on necklaces and saying, “Idu ishtu pattu, iddu ishtu pattu” (I want this… I want this too!), capturing festive shopping excitement.

Gautami created an effortless video, casually walking into the store on a call and sharing how she’s keeping Onam simple with a perfect festive touch from Kushal’s.

Pooja caught attention with a clever hook, asking her audience whether they planned to dress cool or classic this Onam, a simple question that instantly got people thinking about their festive style.

Disny humor, joking that jewellery shopping is her cardio, making her video quirky, stylish, and fun.

Chennai Launch Continues with store awareness in Perambur

After the grand pre-buzz in Chennai for the Velachery and Mogappair stores, the team continues with the promotions of another new store in the city at Perambur with city-based influencers  Swetha Renukumar, Subha, and Swetha, Their content brought together a regional mix of styles and perspectives, helping to create engaging and relatable videos that resonates with the local audience and adds authenticity to the campaign.

The events were filled with cheer, applause, and a sense of pride, reinforcing our culture of appreciation and encouragement.

The R&R gatherings continue to remind us that every milestone matters and that celebrating together builds stronger bonds across our retail family.

Warehouse Team Highlights

New Joinee Training-Nexus Programme

In August, training for 10 new members of our warehouse team was successfully conducted. The program went beyond process orientation by helping staff connect with people and culture, making them feel part of the team from day one. Feedback was highly positive, with participants sharing that the sessions were practical, engaging, and boosted their confidence to perform better in their roles.

Process Automation & Enhancement

We are glad to share that two new WMS modules, PPS (Product Photoshoot) and MPS (Model Photoshoot), have been successfully tested and deployed in production.

With this enhancement, the product handover time to the catalogue team after GRN, which earlier took average 4 days, has now been reduced to 1 day.

This achievement marks a significant step in improving process efficiency and faster product availability to the catalogue.

It has been made possible through excellent teamwork, close coordination between the warehouse operations team and the IT developer team, and their commitment to driving improvements together.

Ganesha Festival

This year’s Ganesha Festival was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at our warehouse. The event brought everyone together to seek Lord Ganesha’s blessings and to share in the joy of the occasion. The beautiful decorations, prayers, and collective spirit of togetherness created an atmosphere of positivity and happiness that will be remembered by all of us.

Birthday Celebration

The month of August was made even more special with the birthdays of our wonderful     team members. Here are some snapshots from the celebrations, filled with laughter, warmth, and cheerful moments that remind us how important it is to cherish every milestone together as a team.

Regional Training

We have successfully completed Product Training across the North and West regions. Additionally, training initiatives were extended to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, ensuring wider capability building across our retail network.

Career Succession Programs

As part of our focus on growth and career development, we have launched succession programs across all retail levels. The eligibility assessments for EDGE (SA to SSA) and LEAP (ASM to SM) have been completed. Employees who successfully cleared these assessments will now progress to structured development workshops scheduled for September and October.

 

These initiatives mark an important step in enhancing both product expertise and career growth opportunities for our teams across regions.

This August, we proudly celebrated Independence Day across our offices and stores with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The day was marked with flag hoisting, cultural performances, and team activities that reminded us of the values of unity, freedom, and resilience. Colleagues came together dressed in the colors of the tricolor, filling the atmosphere with pride and joy.

Ganesh Chaturthi Festivities

The Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations brought teams together in devotion and joy as we welcomed Lord Ganesha with beautifully decorated spaces, prayers, and festive cheer. The celebrations across locations created a positive and vibrant atmosphere, strengthening the sense of togetherness within our workplace family. The collective spirit of devotion and festivity truly reflected our culture of bonding and celebration.
