Neha had found the perfect zircon necklace for her cousin’s wedding. But as she stared at her cart, something felt missing. Should she pair it with earrings? A bracelet? She wasn’t sure—and scrolling through endless options felt overwhelming.

Too many shoppers, just like Neha, hesitated at checkout, unsure how to complete their look. So, we built Smart Bundling to make styling effortless.

Now, the moment Neha adds an item to her cart, a pop-up appears with two simple choices:

💎 Complementary Products – Curated pieces that complete her look.

💎 Similar Products – More options in the same style.

She picks Complementary, and instantly, five handpicked categories appear—each filled with jewelry that perfectly matches her selection. A pair of elegant earrings catches her eye. With one click, her look is complete.

No more second-guessing. Just effortless styling, every time.

What’s Next?
Next, we’ll use insights from users’ offline purchases to offer even more personalized jewelry recommendations, making styling effortless across online and offline shopping!

Wishlist Reimagined: A Small Feature Making a Big Difference

The Wishlist feature on Kushal’s App has a fresh new purpose — moving beyond just “save for later” to become a tool for discovery, emotional connection, and smarter conversions.

What if Wishlist wasn’t just a storage bin, but a personalized space where users could dream, organize, and come back to buy?

And we got to work. 💪

What’s New?

📁 Create Your Own Collections

Just like saving Instagram posts into folders — now users can organize Wishlist items into custom categories like “Anniversary,” “Gift Ideas,” or “For Later.”

🛒 Wishlist Meets Cart
 From the Wishlist page, users can now:

  • Add to Cart directly
  • Quick view product details (no need to go to full PDP)
  • Move items back and forth between Cart & Wishlist

📤 Share you wishlist

One of the most loved features — users can now share their Wishlist via WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, and more — making it easier for gift-givers to get it right.

What Happened Next?

We quietly rolled out these updates — and the results spoke for themselves:

📊 +18% increase in products added to Cart from Wishlist
 🛒 4% of users added items to Cart directly from the Wishlist page
 📈 Conversion rate from Wishlist jumped from 7% → 13% MoM
 ❤️ More users are engaging with the feature — and returning to complete their journey


Fun Fact: Users Are Getting Creative

Our new Wishlist folder feature didn’t just organize items — it gave our customers the freedom to express themselves. And guess what? They did not disappoint. Some of our favorite folder names so far:

  • “My choice”
  • “Dada wedding”
  • “Mom”
  • “Fancy stud”
  • “For next wedding”
  • “Self gift”

It’s clear — our customers are planning their lives, their moments, and their stories right inside the Wishlist.

We also know that Dada, Saru, Radhu, Aru, Bismi, Riya, Areeb, Pramod, Deepthi, Sak, Swetha, Surya, Drashti, Anju, Anku and many more are getting married and our customers are attending their weddings !

From Hidden to Hero: Our SEO Triumph

Imagine searching for jewellery online a year ago. You might have found us—occasionally. But today? We’ve made sure you can’t miss us. Back then, only 911 keywords brought us to Google’s top 3.

Now, 12 months later, that number has surged to 2,833. That’s nearly 3X the visibility. More eyes, more clicks, more love for Kushal’s Jewellery. And this is just the beginning.

How We Cracked the SEO Code

1. We Spoke Google’s Language

Instead of guessing what people were searching for, we dived deep into search data. We mapped out the exact words and phrases customers use and made sure our website spoke their language.

2. We Supercharged Our Content

  • Gave our collection pages a makeover with better descriptions and engaging content.
  • Launched category pages that catered to specific user searches, ensuring seamless navigation and keyword relevance.
  • Regularly refreshed old content to keep it relevant.

3. We Polished Our Website

  • Boosted speed so pages load lightning-fast.

  • Made sure mobile users had a smooth shopping experience.

  • Fixed broken links and improved navigation.

  • Used smart coding (schema markup) to help Google understand our pages better.

4. We Got the Right People Talking About Us

  • Got featured on jewellery and fashion websites.

  • Created shareable content that earned natural backlinks.

  • Engaged with online communities that love jewellery as much as we do!

5. We Went Local & Regional

Jewelry is personal—and often cultural. So, we created special pages for regional jewellery styles, making it easier for customers to find the pieces they love. This move paid off big time!

We’re thrilled about this growth, but we’re not stopping here. The world of search is always evolving, and so are we!

A March to Remember at Kushal’s

March was madness. And magic.

March was the perfect example of what happens when teams come together and go beyond their roles — when people say yes even when the timing’s late and move through the chaos to make things happen. To every team that stretched themselves, worked late nights, gave up weekends, edited under pressure, strategized campaigns, posted with intention — thank you.
You didn’t just help us break records. You made magic!

💥 Credits Where It’s Due:

  • The Styling team pulled off back-to-back model and product shoots — all last minute — and did it with style and calm.
  • The Studio team delivered clean, beautiful edits under warp speed with no complaints.
  • The Design team went into beast mode — rolling out online ads, in-store creatives, hoardings, website assets, social media content and everything else, all within one intense, glorious week.

But we didn’t stop there…

For the first time, the Social Media, Content, Studio, and Design teams joined forces to create a fresh, thumb-stopping pre-buzz campaign for the March Sale.
We ideated, shot, edited, posted — and saw the engagement pick up instantly.
We kept the momentum going throughout the month, and it paid off big –

🚀 What we achieved:

  • 195.8M Total Views — up 55.5%
  • 203.9K Content Interactions — up 132.4%
  • 2.3M Link Clicks — a jump of 68%
  • 17.5K New Followers — gained in a single month

 I also heard that the March Sale SM revenue went up significantly – of course, the numbers team will speak more to that 🙂

Yes, the numbers are amazing. But what I’ll remember more than anything is the fire.
The attitude. The ownership. The collaboration. The hustle.
