Hey Team,

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on a special milestone—my first campaign at Kushal’s, Right to Shine. Stepping into a new role always comes with its set of challenges, but this experience was nothing short of exhilarating.

With a tight deadline and a lean team, we had our work cut out for us. But thanks to the incredible determination and seamless collaboration of Sonakshi, Jitesh, and Vivek, we pulled off something remarkable. We teamed up with the Digital Marketing and Brand teams, we crafted an entire suite of creatives—banners, social media assets, emailers, and videos—ensuring the campaign launched flawlessly. Delivering a full-fledged campaign in just one day.

This campaign wasn’t just about meeting a deadline; it was about passion, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence. Watching the team rise to the occasion was truly inspiring, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off my journey at Kushal’s.

The Valentine Day Edit

Infusing Emotion Through Influencer Storytelling

This Valentine’s Day, our influencer collaborations took a fresh and heartfelt approach, creating content that resonated deeply with audiences. Instead of a standard showcase, the campaign focused on storytelling, emotions, and meaningful connections—transforming the way our jewelry was presented.

Shubhi, Fatema, and Aishwari beautifully infused emotions into their Valentine’s Day videos, making each reel deeply engaging and heartfelt.

Fatema’s video highlighted how gifting in love is more than just an exchange—it’s an emotion. As a stylist, she thoughtfully guided her audience with a gifting cheat sheet, helping them choose the perfect Valentine’s gift.

Aishwari’s video captured a touching sentiment—our mothers as our forever Valentines. Through a delicate and heartfelt portrayal, she showcased jewellery while getting ready and celebrated a beautiful V-Day moment with her mom.

Advancing Talent: EDGE Level 1 Completion & Next Steps

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the EDGE Level 1 program for Batches 2 and 3, held from January 6th to 9th, 2025. This milestone marks another step forward in our commitment to talent development.

Bringing together 40 Style Associates from across India, the program was designed to provide in-depth training, ensuring participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. Each associate was selected through a rigorous assessment process, making this learning journey even more impactful.

With the classroom training now complete, participants are moving into the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase, where they will apply their learning in real-time retail scenarios. This hands-on experience is crucial in bridging the gap between training and execution.

As we continue to invest in our teams, more tailored CDP programs will be rolled out in the coming months, reinforcing our commitment to growth, learning, and excellence.

We are excited to introduce the Kushal’s Career Page, now seamlessly integrated with our website and powered by Zoho ATS! This marks a significant milestone in our talent acquisition journey, ensuring a more efficient and engaging experience for both candidates and our HR team.
